The Clearwater Police Department and the Fraternal Order
of Police will hold their
annual Memorial Service on Friday, May 9, 2003 to honor
those Clearwater Police officers
who gave their lives in the line of duty. The program will
start at 10:00 a.m. at Station Square Park, on Cleveland
St. in downtown Clearwater. The program will feature a guest
speaker, remarks by Police Chief Sid Klein, recognition
of the family and survivors of our fallen officers, and
a 21-gun salute. The public is welcome.
