On June 24, 2022, at approximately 2343 hours, Telecommunicator Andrew Cistone was off duty and operating his personal vehicle while impaired. He was arrested by the Treasure Island Police Department for Driving Under the Influence. The appropriate general order for the allegations involving Telecommunicator Cistone are as follows: Misdemeanors (213.76) – Employees shall not commit a crime defined by state or federal law as a misdemeanor, whether chargeable or not. (Level 5)


Based on the facts documented in the administrative investigation, the Discipline Review Board sustained the allegations against Telecommunicator Cistone.

In accordance with progressive discipline guidelines, Telecommunicator Cistone received a 4-day suspension.
