Officer Wall has been with the agency for 10 months.
Allegation
On May 18, 2023, Officer Wall investigated a traffic accident which led to the issuance of a Uniform Traffic Citation to Bryant Mendoza for careless driving. During the investigation it was alleged Officer Wall did not observe any signs of impairment coming from Mendoza therefore Mendoza was released from the scene. A short time later, Mendoza was involved in a second traffic accident which involved the death of his passenger Yvette Ginarte.
Disposition
Based on the facts documented in the administrative investigation, the Discipline Review Board Exonerated Officer Wall of any wrongdoing pursuant to Clearwater Police Department general orders surrounding the allegations made.
